Do you offer Windows-based VPS hosting?
No. Our VPS services are Linux-based. Windows VPS hosting is currently not offered.

Our servers are hosted in state-of-the-art data centers in Germany. With a robust German and European network backbone, high-speed access is ensured across Germany and worldwide.
Can I upgrade my VPS package later?
Yes. You can upgrade to higher tiers within the same disk architecture (SSD to SSD, NVMe to NVMe) at any time. Your IP address remains unchanged.
Which control panels can I install on my VPS?
You get secure control panel access. You can install DirectAdmin, cPanel, Plesk, or open-source panels. We provide licensing and installation support upon request.
What server hardware is used in the VPS infrastructure?
Our VPS infrastructure utilizes enterprise-grade hardware featuring Intel Xeon E5-2699 and AMD EPYC processors with enterprise NVMe and SSD drives.
Which operating systems can be installed?
All major current Linux distributions including Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, and Rocky Linux are supported. Windows is not supported.
Is there a refund policy for VPS services?
Due to instant resource provisioning and licensing allocation, VPS and server services are non-refundable.
What if I need to reinstall my VPS operating system?
You can reinstall your OS for free, reboot, or launch rescue mode at any time directly through your VPS management panel.
